Hampton Netball Club - New Players Always welcome
September 2011
Hampton Netball Club has approximately 30 members and two teams playing every Saturday in the Kingston and Surrey Leagues (Div 3/7 and Prem D/5 respectively) and our home ground is at the Kingston University Sports Ground, Old Kingston Road, Tolworth, Surrey KT4 7QH. Our club aims to be as competitive as we are sociable and welcoming and with that in mind we are looking for new players to join us. Arrival of baby Naya

Congratulations to Michelle and Reza on the arrival of Naya Shamtally, the baby sister of Matthias. Naya is at home with Mother and Father enjoying her new surroundings.
The Arrival of Cameron Jones

Cameron Jones was born to Hannah & Matt in the evening of Wednesday 3rd of February. This is the first child for the lovely couple and was a healthy 8lb 8oz.
Arrival of baby William

Congratulations to Lynne & Keith on the arrival of William. Weighing in at 8lb 8oz, a beautiful addition to the Bush family; little brother to Alex & Mae. We also wish them every success with the move to Norway and hope to see you back on the netball court in the future.

Congratulations to Mr & Mrs Hoogewerf on their recent marriage. A fabulous bank holiday wedding was enjoyed by all. The family looked stunning particular mention should go to Issy as Bridesmaid.
Harriet's Wedding

Congratulations to Harriet, who became Mrs Ellis on the 27th February. The wedding ceremony took place at St Mary's Church, Long Ditton. Followed by reception at Loseley Park. We wish them a long, happy & healthy married life.
Christmas celebrations '08

The club celebrated Christmas with an evening of festive fun at Palazzo in East Molesey. Lynne organised a great evening of eating, drinking and dancing to the live musician who was abley assisted by Holly on the microphone. Here's to a great 2009 with continued netballing success.

Hannah Jones married Matt Anscombe in a fabulous ceremony at Horsley Towers. Both looked radiant on the day and following their honeymoon in the Maldives.

Evelyn Anne Dewhurst (Evie) was born at 8.57pm on Sunday 3rd August 2008, in Kingston Hospital. She weighed 6lb 11oz. Nicky & Phil you'll never forget your first wedding anniversary; what a beautiful present!
Bournemouth Tour '08
June 2008
Hampton entered one team into the annual Bournemouth tournament. A weekend of fun both on and off the court ensued, with the team making the knockout stages of the cup competition. Prizes taken by team members included the sangria jug (Hannah Jones) and the toilet roll (Ann Henson).

Matthias Francisco Liam Shamtally was born at 3.19pm on Friday 16th May 2008, weighing in at 6lb 13oz. Congratulations to Michelle and Reza on the arrival of your bouncing baby boy.

THE SOUND of ‘Swing Low Sweet Chariot’ is still ringing in my ears! Many thanks to Nicky for organising last week’s great night out. We met early at the Victoria pub in Surbiton, while it was still early enough to grab a table and order a bite to eat. We then watched on with shrieks and screams (and not a little white wine) whilst our boys entertained us with their victory – the perfect end to a lovely night. Here’s looking forward to the next one...
