About Us
FORMED in around 1956, there is certainly a fair amount of history behind Hampton Netball Club. Many local girls (not to mention the odd Northerner and a few Antipodeans) have played and worked for Hampton over the years (see History) and we are currently putting a fair amount of time and effort into reorganising and growing our Club as we look forward to the next 50 years!
TODAY we currently have two squads forming our A and B Teams (see current members). We are registered in both the Kingston and Surrey Leagues and our home ground is now Kingston University Sports Ground, Old Kingston Road, Tolworth, Surrey KT4 7QH(map here).
We play most Saturdays with anything between 9:30 and 1:30 starts (though most matches are around 10:00/10:30). The matches are based around the Kingston and Surrey area with teams such as Whitton, Cobham, Teddington, Walton and Hersham Mole Valley and Lavendar Park etc.
In terms of performance and standard we have a good mix and range, with last years results as follows:

Training
TRAINING: Training takes place every Thursday from 8.00 pm - 9.30pm at Raynes Park High School, Bushey Road, SW20 0JL. Directions from the A3 heading into London are: Pass the Tolworth Tower and the New Malden exits and take the next exit signposted to B282, at the roundabout take 3rd exit towards Raynes Park continue along this road (Burlington Road) which turns into West Barnes Lane. Continue straight until you see the astroturf playing field on your left, you will also see a railing at this point at the end of the railings turn left into the car park and park on your left (this will bring you in on an entrance of West Barnes Lane not Bushey Road so if anyone chooses to use multimap you will end up at the opposite side of the school, so easier to use these directions, we hope!)

Kit
KIT: Our Club colours are RED and BLACK. Tops & skirts are black with red trim and capped sleeves. We also have a team tracksuit which is optional.
Social
SOCIAL: With all that said, we're definitely a sociable, friendly bunch (aiming to play well and maintain a sense of humour!). Our Social Sec (Lisa) ensures we don't leave it too long before the next social night or day out and our training rep (Hannah R) organises our training and tries to make sure we get away to at least one weekend tournament in the season.
